• Contact information. Phone numbers, names, and any contact details you or your end users submit through the Service.
• Message content. The content of SMS messages, screenshots, attachments, and other communications submitted to the Service.
• SMS consent records. Records of opt-in to SMS communications, including the date, time, and method of consent.
• Basic usage data. Standard log data such as IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, and pages or features accessed while using the Service.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the lead intake and management platform.

SMS / text messaging

SMS messaging through the Service is provided to authorized representatives of our business clients, who receive the messaging phone number directly during onboarding; the number is not publicly advertised and messages are limited to verification codes and account notifications.

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from the Service, the following terms apply:

• Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at brennan@tenre.ai.

Information sharing

We do not sell your information. We do not share your information for third-party advertising or marketing. Information collected through the Service is shared only with the business client whose leads you submit, and only for the purpose of operating their use of the lead intake platform.

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of Tenre, our users, or others.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, including encryption in transit, restricted access controls, and standard operational logging. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing brennan@tenre.ai. We will respond within a reasonable period and, where applicable, in accordance with the law.

Children's privacy

The Service is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, please contact brennan@tenre.ai and we will take steps to delete it.
