SMS Messaging Program

Overview

Tenre operates SMS messaging on behalf of its business clients to support internal operational tools. Messages are limited to one-time login verification codes and account-related notifications for authorized users of these tools. This is not a marketing or promotional program. Consent to receive account notifications is optional and is not required to use any Tenre service or to complete any transaction. One-time verification codes are sent only when a user actively requests one by initiating a login, and are transactional messages necessary to deliver the requested sign-in.

What messages you'll receive

After you opt in, you may receive the following message types:

  • Verification codes (transactional). Sent only when you initiate a login. These are required to complete the requested sign-in and are not part of the optional opt-in below.
  • Account notifications (optional). Operational updates such as submission confirmations. You only receive these if you opt in using the form below.

Sample messages

Tenre: Your verification code is 123456. This code expires in 10 minutes. Do not share it with anyone. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Tenre: We received your submission. Log in with your phone number to view its status. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Opt in to account notifications

Enter the mobile phone number you want to associate with your account and confirm you agree to receive these messages.

This form opts you in to optional account notifications. You do not need to opt in here to receive one-time login verification codes — those are sent only when you request a login.

Use international format with country code, e.g. +1 415 555 0123.

Opt out and help

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Once we receive your STOP request, we will send a single confirmation message and you will not receive further SMS from this program.
