Terms of Service

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Tenre (“Tenre,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Brennan Harmatz as a sole proprietor based in Sacramento, California. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of the service

Tenre provides a lead intake and management platform that enables businesses to receive, organize, and act on inbound leads, including those submitted via SMS. The Service may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

User responsibilities and acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Submit content or information that infringes the rights of others or that is fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or harmful.
  • Attempt to access, probe, or interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, or other users in ways that exceed your authorized use.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited messages or to engage in any activity that violates applicable telecommunications, SMS, or anti-spam laws.
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our consent.

Account and phone number verification

Some features of the Service require account registration and verification of a mobile phone number, typically through SMS verification codes. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding content you submit), is owned by Tenre or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted. You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant Tenre a limited license to use, store, and process that content as necessary to operate the Service for you and the business client you submit it to.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TENRE, ITS OPERATOR, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we determine termination is necessary to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” above. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

SMS Messaging Terms

You agree to receive SMS messages from Tenre, including one-time login verification codes and account notifications such as submission confirmations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP to any message or email brennan@tenre.ai. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Consent to receive account notifications is not required to use any Tenre service. Mobile information will not be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
