Two AI employees, one dashboard

We built ourselves a sales team that runs on plain English.

The dashboard our two AI employees report into — sourcing, outreach, and meetings booked.

Tenre is an applied AI agency. We were going to need to land clients without becoming a phone-dialing operation in the meantime — and we didn't want to hire a sales team to do work we believed AI could do.

So we built ourselves a sales team. Two AI employees, addressed in plain English, fully autonomous on the parts that don't need us.

Two agents, one dashboard

The dashboard runs two agents. The first is a sourcer. Given any target profile in plain English — "ops directors at mid-market mortgage lenders, US-based, 200+ employees" — it surfaces high-quality lead lists.

The second is a multi-channel outreach agent. It takes the leads, contacts them across channels, carries full email conversations, handles common objections, and books meetings on our calendar autonomously.

The agents run while we sleep — the schedule fills itself by morning.

Directable on the fly

The win isn't full automation — it's directability. We change campaigns by typing instructions in plain English. "Switch the messaging on this campaign to focus on compliance, not cost savings." Done. The agents adjust without engineering tickets, without re-prompting, without anyone touching code.

It's the same system we'd build for a client — applied to our own pipeline.

The same system we'd build for a client. We use it ourselves.

The platform is proof-of-product for the kind of work we do for our clients. It also happens to fill our calendar.
